- Monthly
Scripture
- A monthly Scripture
passage will be selected to be memorized by all students. A shorter
passage will be required for younger students. God's Word is clear
to identify the great importance of Scripture memorization. For this
reason, as the end of the month approaches, PACEs may be taken from
a student who has not yet quoted the monthly Scripture, so that he
can concentrate on the memory passage.
-
- Devotions
- Opening exercises
each morning will include a devotion. This vital instruction of the
Word of God helps to explain the monthly passage and/or address spiritual
issues or difficulties being faced by the class as a whole. As well,
each school day will end with a devotional time.

- PACEs
- As a truly Christian
curriculum, the students' PACEs are flooded with Biblical instruction.
Up to the High School level, each PACE teaches a Christian character
trait, which itself stems from a required memory verse for that PACE.
Also, example sentences (in English, for instance) either retell a
Bible story or reinforce Christian morals or values. Social studies
and science courses are presented from a Christian perspective, based
upon the unchangeable truth of God's Word.

- Chapel
Services
- Once a week,
typically on Wednesday, the school day will include a chapel service. The service will include worshipping
the Lord through singing and a Bible message preached by one of the
school's staff or an outside special speaker. The messages will always
be "Baptist" in nature, meaning simply that the doctrines held to
be true by Bedford Baptist Temple (see Statement of Faith) will be
the foundation for what is preached. The goal is not to ridicule or
downgrade other beliefs, but only to preach in accordance with the
convictions held by Bedford Baptist Temple
